The planned building is built on a three-storey, slightly sloping area and connects to an existing residential building.

The ascending walls consist of concrete masonry elements, the sediments have a monolithic reinforced concrete structure. The rigidity of the building is provided by the system of load-bearing walls, sediers and pillars. Our task was the complete static design of the building.
