The planned building is basement + ground floor, but the cellar is partly placed below the terrain level by subsequent soil refilling.

The building's load-bearing structural elements are typically made of monolithic reinforced concrete. Steel reinforcement under the longitudinal projection canon parts ensures that deflection is limited. Our task was the complete static design of the building.
