The planned building is built with free-standing construction and traditional construction technology for a sloping area from north to south.

The load-bearing walls are made of pore concrete masonry elements. Above the garage, cellar level and ground floor is a monolithic reinforced concrete sedire system, with a reinforced concrete wreath as a horizontal support for the masonry. Our task was the complete static design of the building.
