The western tract of the planned building is formed with a half-level offset, i.e. the western part is three storeys and the eastern part is four storeys. The structure is made of frame ceramic masonry, reinforced concrete pillars and walls, the slirch is a monolithic reinforced concrete structure reinforced with steel beams in the south. Our task was the complete static design of the building.
