The planned building is a 4-storey condominium, a continuation of a construction already started, in which, due to inaccuracies, there was structural reinforcement or demolition. The structure is monolithic reinforced concrete with pillar frame, monolithic reinforced concrete sedire separator structure. The brick walls inside the building are not made in a load-bearing design, but the external façade wall is a load-bearing structure. In addition to the demolition tasks, our task was complete static design.
